A handcrafted stained glass fox inspired by traditional folk art and the quiet majesty of woodland creatures. Rich opaque black art glass creates a bold silhouette, while delicate hand-painted floral details give the piece the character of a vintage folk object reimagined in glass.
Designed and handcrafted one piece at a time in my Seattle studio, each piece is made using the traditional Tiffany copper foil method. Every fox is assembled with hand-selected art glass, hand-finished with a rich black patina, and created to be treasured for years to come.
Artist's Note
This fox is part of my collection of folk art-inspired woodland creatures, a series that combines simple animal forms with hand-painted botanical details inspired by traditional decorative arts.
I love the contrast between the bold black glass and the delicate painted flowers—the result feels a little primitive, a little whimsical, and perfectly at home tucked among plants or hanging in a sunny window.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in my Seattle studio and produced in limited quantities.

Width: 9"
Height: 4"
Hanging
This piece includes a black metal chain and arrives ready to hang.
For best results, hang from a hook or hardware securely fastened to a wall, window frame, or other structural support. Suction cups are not recommended, as they can fail without warning.
Please Note
Each piece of stained glass is individually handcrafted. The photographs shown represent the design of the piece you will receive. Because every artwork is made by hand using unique sheets of art glass, slight variations in glass color, opacity, texture, hand-painted details, and solder lines are a natural part of the process and contribute to the character of every finished piece.
Materials & Care
This piece is handcrafted using traditional stained glass techniques and contains lead solder.
Once completed, the solder is cleaned, finished with a black patina, and sealed with a protective wax. Under normal decorative use, lead exposure is minimal.
To help preserve your artwork:
- Display indoors.
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct weather.
- Wash your hands after handling.
- Keep out of reach of young children and pets.
- This artwork is intended for decorative display only.
