Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Divination Glass. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping rates, and delivery.

Stained Glass

Unless marked "Ready to Ship," all stained glass pieces are made to order in my Seattle studio unless otherwise noted. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships.

Stained glass orders ship within the United States for a flat rate of $15. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Saint Jimothy Merchandise

Saint Jimothy merchandise is currently available for pre-order and expected to ship in September 2026, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

Domestic shipping for Saint Jimothy merchandise is $6 flat rate, with free U.S. shipping on Saint Jimothy merchandise orders of $50 or more.

Orders containing multiple pre-order items will generally ship together once all items in the order are ready.

Shipping Times

Any shipping or transit time shown at checkout refers to the estimated time after your order has been shipped and does not include the 2–4 week production period for made-to-order stained glass or the pre-order period for Saint Jimothy merchandise.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, retain the item and all original packaging, including the shipping box and packing materials, and contact Divination Glass as soon as possible.

Please include photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box so I can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

Divination Glass is currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future. Please contact me to discuss exceptions.
